Formwork led the pre-development, design and entitlement of 1148 So. Peters Street. Facing Convention Center Boulevard, the building features rooftop pool and lounge spaces, multiple restaurants, ballroom space and a 165 car parking garage. Formwork secured a zoning variance to increase the height of the project by 65 feet, enabling river views, protecting historic tax credits and adding significant value to the property.
