Strategically located in the Central City neighborhood and near downtown employment centers, the project provides needed housing to service industry workers and other moderate income residents. The housing is operated by shared-housing provider PadSplit. Residents make a single payment that includes all utilities, laundry, wifi, access to shared amenities and support services from PadSplit. This unique model delivers both deeply affordable housing to residents and strong yields to investors.
