Brown’s Dairy Master Plan

Formerly the home of the Brown’s Dairy bottling plant, Formwork skillfully reconnected this long vacant site to the surrounding street grid and wove a new community into the fabric of the neighborhood. Work included the construction of a new road, subdivision of the site, and intensive collaboration with multiple city agencies and public officials. Originally conceived as an innovative for-sale mixed-income community, the site is currently under development and will ultimately contain 45 new structures.

Redevelopment of a 3.8 acre site adjacent to downtown New Orleans into a new residential neighborhood.
